SIGNATUREHAUL & REMOVAL
For executors and families

One decision,
not thirty.

We clear the house with care, patch and paint, take the carpet out and hand you back a property ready to list. Donations documented, valuables set aside, and the estate can pay at settlement.

What families tell us

The house is the hardest part of settling an estate.

You do not have to sort it alone.

Walk us through once. Tell us what stays, what goes to family, what gets donated. We flag anything that looks valuable before it moves and set it aside. Photographs, letters, jewelry boxes and keepsakes are gathered, not hauled.

You do not have to be there.

Most executors live out of town. A lockbox code is enough. You get photos at the end of each day, a donation receipt for the estate's records, a disposal manifest, and completion photos the day we finish.

You do not have to pay up front.

On a listed home the estate can pay at settlement, confirmed by the listing agent. A deposit holds the date otherwise, and the balance is due when you approve the finished work.

How it works

Three steps, one week.

  1. Text photos or book a walkthrough

A Package 1 number comes back within the hour from photos. For larger homes we walk it with you or the agent and write the scope the same day.

  2. Approve one written proposal

Fixed price, start and finish dates, what stays and what goes. Sign on your phone. Nothing is touched until you approve it.

  3. We clear, repair, paint and clean

Clearance first, then patch, paint, carpet out and deep clean. Photos, receipts and one invoice land in your inbox the day we finish.

    Questions executors ask

    Before you call

Can you work from a lockbox code if I live out of state?

Yes. Most estate make-readies run without the family present. You receive photos each day and a completion set at the end.

What happens to furniture and belongings?

You tell us what to keep for family. Sellable pieces are flagged before clearance. Everything else is donated where possible, with a receipt for the estate, or disposed of at licensed facilities the day it leaves.

Can the estate pay when the house sells?

On listed homes, yes, with the listing agent's confirmation. The terms are written into the agreement you sign.

Do you handle a house that has not been cleaned in years?

Yes. Heavy-contents and hoarding homes carry a written surcharge stated before you approve, never after.
