    Before you call

    Can you work around a photographer or listing date?

    Yes. Give us the date and we schedule backward from it. Package 1 on a typical 3-bedroom finishes in five to seven working days.

    Who does the painting and repair work?

    In most cases the painting is done by our own in-house painters, who bring more than 35 years of painting experience. Our crews execute the clearance, drywall, paint and clean. Every scope on your proposal — including flooring, bath, kitchen, exterior and systems work — is performed under our Virginia Class A license and one contract, so you deal with one contractor from start to finish.

    What happens to items that still have value?

    Sellable items are flagged before clearance. Donations go to local partners with a receipt for the estate. Hazardous and e-waste are manifested separately.

    Can the estate or the seller pay at closing?

    Pay-at-settlement is available on listed homes with the listing agent's confirmation. Otherwise a deposit secures the dispatch date and the balance is due on completion.
