Who does the painting and the repairs?
In most cases the painting is done by our own in-house painters, who bring more than 35 years of painting experience. Our crews execute the clearance, drywall, paint and clean. Every scope on your proposal — including flooring, bath, kitchen, exterior and systems work — is performed under our Virginia Class A license and one contract, so you deal with one contractor from start to finish.
How does pay-at-settlement work?
You confirm the listing, the seller signs, and the invoice is paid from proceeds at closing. Terms are in the agreement.
